At the current time, insurance companies and Medicare do not have specific coverage for the RestoreXL penile traction length restoration device. Depending on your plan, however, you may qualify for coverage. Many men are receiving partial coverage for the RestoreXL device. You can either call your insurance company in advance of ordering to determine your coverage level or you can submit a claim after you purchase RestoreXL. We recommend you submit a prescription from your Doctor as well as a letter from him/her stating why you need the RestoreXL device. Finally, you should submit your invoice or order confirmation email as proof of payment. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) you can use funds from either of these accounts to cover the cost of RestoreXL. It may not be necessary for your plan but we recommend getting a physician prescription to submit to your FSA or HSA.
You can now use the new HCPCS Insurance code E0201 when you apply for coverage.
Yes, Route Protection is a package tracking and shipping protection provider. We support purchase-protecting our customers’ online orders from damage, loss, and theft. Packages presumed to be lost:
An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 7 days have passed since the last tracking status update for domestic shipments, and 20 days for international shipments, including Canada. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
Stolen packages:
Claim time frame: Between 5 and 30 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Route requires this 5-day wait-to-file period for stolen orders as packages are sometimes prematurely marked as “delivered,” but do often show up.
Route shipping insurance will automatically be added to your cart during the checkout process. If unselected it will be removed from your total balance, but your package will not be protected against damage, loss, and theft if anything happens in transit.
